Our stay at the David Hume Residence was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect for exploring all the sites in Edinburgh, with the Edinburgh Castle just steps away on the Royal Mile. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, and we loved the historic building it was located in. The entry was easy and the apartment was set back from the street, ensuring a peaceful stay. Plus, it was fascinating to read the history of the site posted along the close. Although there were some creaky wooden floors, it added to the charm of the relatively old British house.

Just had an amazing stay at this place in Edinburgh. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the owners were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We loved the little extras in the apartment, like shower gear and coffee. And the best part was the proximity to all the major attractions, especially the castle. Highly recommend staying here!
Everything was great! 👍.

Perfect location, in the heart of the city, close to all attractions and amenities. the apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the beds were comfy and there were plenty of power points for charging devices.
There were a couple of issues during our stay. upon arrival, the key was not in the key safe as promised, and we had to go through some trouble to gain access to the apartment.

I had an amazing stay at the David Hume Residence! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The layout and decor of the property were absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Michelle, the property manager, was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. The house had everything we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. I loved that each member of my family had their own privacy, with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The apartment was just a short walk from the castle and other attractions. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.
